noUncheckedIndexedAccess becomes the default in the shared @rigelbuild/tsconfig base (released 2.0.0, since a stricter option is a major version). First, each consumer project’s latent errors are fixed by narrowing, behind a per-project flag that lands with the fixes; new ! assertions and unsafe as casts are not allowed. Then the per-leaf copies are deleted. Biome noNonNullAssertion becomes an error in compass.
